Proof of income: Last two paycheck stubs or last two tax returns if self-employed.
Credit report with FICO scores (dated within the last 30 days).
Copy of driver’s license or passport.
Last three bank statements
Other sources of income, if applicable (support payments, investment or retirement accounts, assets, expected proceeds from sale of home, etc.).
Letter of introduction/letter of explanation (optional but very helpful).
If you have a co-signer: Please have them fill out a lease application and provide all supporting documents as well.
If submitting for a pet(s):
Type and age of the pet(s).
Photo of the pet(s).
Please identify the terms you are offering:
The property address that you are submitting for.
The proposed start date.
The length of lease you are offering (one year, two year or other).
Monthly rental rate.
